The Brief

Our Banking client wanted to migrate their AS400 systems to AWS Cloud and wanted to look at migration options to minimize risk as much as possible

The Solution

We first ran an impact analysis on the existing platform to understand and translate the current requirements to replay back to the business. We the proposed a number of options for migration approach before securing approval and funding for the preferred solution. The solution was delivered in 6 months and by utilising our amazing automated development process we minimised the delivery risk
