When a leading Investment Bank wanted to find a Chief Risk Officer they wanted a recruitment partner that understood Risk and the business that very much underpinned the Investment bank

A leading Investment Bank was very clear in wanting us to engage and help. Not only did they want a CRO but they also wanted a CRO that could push the agenda on some of the most relevant topics including Climate Change and Operational Resiliency.

We combined our search utilising our extensive network in parallel with a retained search to ensure we could meet the demand and additional asks of the client.
